ATO ( Antimony tin oxide ) Nano-dispersion general info 

A deep blue or dark colored liquid containing antimony tin oxide nanoparticles in water, oil, or another dispersion medium.  Available with a variety of solid contents, up to 40wt%, this solution features nanoparticles with minimal agglomeration and a narrow particle size distribution around a mean below 100nm, usually somewhere between 30 and 40nm in most mediums.

ATO ( Antimony tin oxide ) Nano-dispersion Application

Screen technology. This dispersion may be applicable in the manufacture of various screen and other optical devices. Possible uses of ATO dispersions include LCD screens, LED screens, and electrochromatic devices.

Electronics: Unique electrical properties of nanoparticles make this dispersion of value in both transparent electrode manufacture and in certain solar battery applications.

Solar: Weatherability, wear-resistance, and other physical advantages over traditional conductive materials for similar applications make ATO dispersions a competitive material option for various solar power applications. Its unique optical and chemical properties make it a candidate in both panel and battery designs.

Heat shielding: The unique light-filtering optical properties of coatings derived from ATO dispersions make it a viable candidate for heat shielding applications, in particular shielding applications where a transparent coating is required and near-IR light is a significant contributor to heating. Weatherability and relatively high resistance to common sources of degradation in comparison with similar materials make it especially useful.

Conductive coatings: Unlike similar conductive coating materials like graphite or traditional metallic powder coatings, ATO nanopowder products can endure significant weathering and can thus be applied reliably as coatings, polymeric membranes, chemical fibers, and other versatile material manufacturing for conductive or anti-static purposes.

EM Shielding: Transparent, rugged, and capable of filtering heat, various forms of visible and near-visible spectrum electromagnetic wavelengths makes this ATO dispersion a viable candidate for any number of glass coating applications.
